Help Me Reach My Fundraising Goal
In February 2015, I will take part in the Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend by running the Glass Slipper Challenge: a total of 19.3 miles over two days. Big deal. So what? It's just another race... except this time, I am running for a charity as beautiful as the girls it supports.

Sophie and Madigan's Playground is a charitable organization created to honor the lives of Sophie and Madigan Lillard, who died at ages 6 and 3 as a result of a horrific house fire that occurred near Frederick, MD on January 31, 2013.

The mission of Sophie and Madigan's Playground is to honor the lives of Sophie and Madigan Lillard by building a memorial playground and providing opportunities for children and their families to play, learn, and create lifelong memories together, and in ways that reflect the beautiful personalities and spirits of these two sisters.

I am so excited to make my running bigger than just another race. With your help, we can raise enough funds to give so many the chance to remember Sophie and Madigan. Please consider a gift of $26.29- the cost of a Disney Princess Frozen Elsa Doll; Sophie and Madigan would have loved the chance to play with her. Maybe you would prefer $19.30- for the 19.3 miles I will be running in their honor. Any donation is greatly appreciated.
