Help Me Reach My Fundraising Goal
Throughout my career as a pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) nurse and now as a pediatric nurse practitioner, I have had the privilege of caring for children and their families during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. I have witnessed incredible resilience, courage, and strength in children facing serious illnesses and medical challenges.

Because of those experiences, organizations that support children and create opportunities for them to simply be kids hold a special place in my heart. Every child deserves the chance to play, explore, laugh, and make memories, regardless of the obstacles they may face.

Running for Sophie and Madigan’s Playground allows me to combine my passion for pediatric healthcare with my passion for running while helping support a mission that brings joy, inclusion, and meaningful experiences to children and families. As someone who has dedicated my career to caring for children, I am honored to run on behalf of an organization that helps create brighter moments for the families it serves.

The mission of Sophie and Madigan's Playground is to honor the lives of Sophie and Madigan Lillard by building a memorial playground and providing opportunities for children and their families to play, learn, and create lifelong memories together, and in ways that reflect the beautiful personalities and spirits of these two sisters.
