In Store Vendor

We ask that vendors donate a portion of their proceeds during the event whether on an individual item especially for Pink Friday or off the total purchases for the day. Whatever works best for you and your business. The deadline to be added to our printed material is November 1st. To be added to our vendor directory online you must be confirmed by November 10th. That gives us enough time to update the website and share with our followers through social media and email.

We share both with the media and each of our followers through social media and email. We ask that you also share with your constituents. Selection of vendors is at the discretion of Sophie and Madigan's Playground.

Vendor Fair Booth

Deadline for applying is October 13, 2017. Applicants will be informed by October 20 if approved. The cost is $20 plus a portion of sales of the vendor's choosing, tax-deductible to Sophie and Madigan's Playground. If approved, you can pay $20 by check or credit card. The deadline to apply is until all spaces are filled, or October 13. All vendors will be responsible to aquire any insurance and/or permits that are required by the city of Frederick

Selection of vendors is at the discretion of Sophie and Madigan's Playground. NO JEWELRY VENDORS. Keep in mind that space is limited, so extra equipment such as a clothing rack is not possible. To respect the place of business allowing us to be present, please do not bring children. You must be able to bring your table and products up the stairs to the balcony where the vendor fair will take place.
